Craft beer ON TAP

Founded by local residents from Agoura Hills, Ladyface Brewery was established in late 2009.  Ladyface is known for its award-winning Belgian, French, and American style ales. Trébuchet®, La Blonde, Chesebro IPA, and Reyes Adobe Red—to name a few–are all brewed onsite. Ladyface is one of Los Angeles County’s first revival craft breweries, and the first microbrewery in the Conejo Valley.

Cataclysm comes from the Greek "to wash down" but you will want to take your time and enjoy this one.  Straw gold in color with tropical fruity hop notes, it features plenty of Apollo, Mosaic, Equinox, Chinook, and Summit in the recipe. Oats enhance the viscosity and make a smooth-bodied beer you will want to sink your teeth in.

RUSSIAN LULLABY
ABV: 10.4%
Russian Imperial Stout

Bittersweet chocolate and roasted barley flavors and aromas explode off the top of this jet black ale with a rich brown head. Intense Northwest hops are nicely balanced by lots of malt. You'll want to have more than one, but be careful, it will rock your cradle!

PICTURE CITY PORTER
ABV: 6.9%
Robust Porter

Our robust coffee-infused dark ale with a nitrogen push. A multi-layered ale with generous amounts of chocolate malt and big coffee flavors that are well balanced with a noticeable hop character. Deep, dark brown in color with mahogany edges. The soft and creamy texture make this ale dangerously smooth. Not many folks know that our city, Agoura Hills, was once known as Picture City because of all the movies shot in the area.

REYES ADOBE RED
ABV: 9.4%
Barrel-aged Dark Strong Ale

This full-bodied Imperial red ale unfolds with rich caramel & toffee candy character balanced by Eureka hops, which impart flavors of grapefruit and tropical fruit. German Melanoidin, Rye Crystal and Cara Wheat malt in the recipe add rich sweetness, dark dried fruit character, and garnet and burnt orange hues. Reyes Adobe Red's impressive alcohol level creeps through as the beer warms up to cellar temperatures.

BARREL-AGED ALES

TREBUCHET
ABV: 7.8%
Golden Farmhouse Sour

Created with Ladyface’s Chaparral Saison brewed with honey from bees foraging on the local mountain sage scrub habitat. Aging in California Sauvignon Blanc barrels with Lactobacillus for over a year, creating a complex sour character with integrated honey, green apple, and tannin. This golden-hued farmhouse ale finishes very dry, lingers long with classic Belgian yeast character, and shows homage to the French-Belgian brewing heritage and its traditional fermentation techniques.

POUR ETIQUETTE
ABV: 5.5%

Grisette Belgian Wheat Ale, White Wine Barrel-aged w/ Brettanomyces

FLAMBERGE
ABV: 8.5%
Belgian Sour

Flemish Red (Sour) aged in Napa Cab wine barrels

DERAILLUER
ABV: 7.0%
Golden Ale

This ale is malty and rustic, with a spicy yeast character. Subtle flavors of French oak were derived from aging in Rhône varietal Mourvèdre wine barrels over one year. This release is a blend of vintages; the older barrels provide mild acidity and the yearling contributes the oak and rustic, bready malt character. The resulting blend is an excellent example of a truly French farmhouse-style cellar creation.

LADYFACE ANNIVERSARY DREAMER
ABV: 11.5%
Red Wine Barrel-aged Barleywine Ale

A deep-hued amber ale, boldly-layered with dried fruit notes, burnt caramel and dry sherry-like flavors leaves you dreaming of faint wine tannin tartness and bittersweet chocolate notes on the finish.
